I had my XOLO X-700 model repair. The touch screen was broken and thus warranty also expired. So went for a paid service and went for service to Deprosys Technologies, No 3, Near Murugan Idly Shop, Anandan Street North Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai – 600017. PH: +(91)-44-42124467 Its been now more than a month and it is not yet repaired and I have not recieved the mobile back from them. They are also not responding to any call and even dont pick calls. XOLO/LAVA is providing worst service. I kindly request all not to go for XOLO/LAVA phone, because from my personal experience I understand they provide worst service. So to save a few 1000’s please don’t get trap into this.
