My name is ARUN KUMAR DAS, Customer ID : 16401, I have been residing in Bhubaneswar,Khurda district of Odisha, PIN: 751019. I have been booking gas cylinders through LAXMI ENTERPRISES, N-5/541, IRC VILLAGE NEAR INDRADHANU MARKET, KHURDA, PIN- 751015. Last few months, we are not getting gas cylinders even though after emptying our cylinders for long. The delivering date indicated in my login differs more than 20 days in actual. When we call the delivery person they do not have the manner to speak. We doubt that they are re rolling cylinders or selling cylinders in black market.

I have a humble request to your good self to kindly verify the matter and take appropriate action so that we may not face such difficulties to obtain gas cylinders in future. And appropriate instructions may be given to cover for portability of my connection to nearest Indane Gas (as they are providing fastest service) and all the cost including the portability, my sufferings for last 6 days.
