I had booked Consignment No. D14301083 by DTDC Courier. I transferred one brand new Sony bravia HD LED TV 32 inch EX330 from Bangalore to Ludhiana (Punjab)by DTDC courier. But when we received LED screen was shattered by them very badly. They also did insurance for the same.

Now I want the Compensation to be Paid by DTDC as early as possible. But May I ask why the negligence in Packing & Shipping when we have already declared it as Fragile Item which should be handled with due care.

I want expedited Refund and Disposal of my case.
