I recieved this message from reliance for a legal notice. I was a long time customer of reliance and i am using multiple services of theirs, my BAN: 100000120186514. and i was a prompt payer of whatever payment was to be made. In the month of Jan, February and March the internet service was down all over India (According to reliance customer care) and was not working according to what i was paying for, i first had a 12mbps plan and then shifted to a 4mbps plan, and neither provided speeds anywhere close to what was to be provided. Even after complaining repeatedly, they did noting to solve my problem. Even after all this i paid my dues and the last i paid was for the month of march. i requested Reliance to refund me for not providing proper service since it was down, but it was rejected. So i raised a request to cancel my connection end of march and this is till date not processed, even though i got an email to terminate the connection. Because of this cheating attitude of reliance, i have decided i am not going to pay another penny, for services i did not receive. and to top that i get calls from their so called legal department. I am tired of this harassment, and if this goes ahead i am willing to discontinue my other relationship with reliance that are sated below, Relationship No: 500003008719
