Dear Sir, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I had faced using your Lemon Mobile Phone ( Model P7 ). I purchased Lemon P7 ( Black) having IMEI No. 9112589001884 dated 02.05.2013, After using it for 3 months , it started giving problems of software , opening and closing software itself. After persistence of this complaint, we took that phone to Customer care Service centre available at National Watch & Communication, Railway Road Ghaziabad. They Told it is having issue in software and so it will be sent to Company for repairing it , which will take minimum 15 days, So you are requested to handover the Mobile o us taking the receipt from us, We handed over it to them after 15 days when we went to them confirming for repair status , they intimated us that the Phone is no repairable so the company has sent another set in replacement of that Mobile set ( i.e P8 having IMEI No. 911300600141065) handed over to us on 23.09.2013. Sir, after using that set within 2 days my contact details available on Sim inserted in that mobile went missing. , Thereafter on the third day its android keyboard stopped working and after power shut down of that phone several times it started rebooting the whole set and then Android key board started working again. but two days back the same issue was created and one more issue of phone heating up is to be considered seriously in this set. My Mobile phone P7 is still under warranty and i want the same set to be replaced by a new one of same Model or another better model, but i don’t want any other second hand set being replaced instead of my P7 set or refund my money back spent by me on my Phone set.
