i have bought a mobile phone “Lenovo A390” on 5-Sep-2013 and it is giving me touch screen problem.So i have given the phone to the service centre “Aaryan Computers” on 26-Dec-2013.And since then they have never called back as promised on first day and whenever i tried to inquire about the phone,they say “it will take time” and went to the service center twice which is 10 kms away from my home and no initiative has been taken and today morning when i called them,they told me to come to their service center and request their engineer to repair my phone.So,i am very disappointed rather angry by such lackadaisical attitude towards their customer.Please take the immediate action and resolve my problem very soon.
