I had purchased a phone named Lenovo A7000 but its display stopped working within 23 days. I had complained for the same but as there was no other piece available for the same phone. So companies consumer care officer told us that they will provide us the the refund.But from last one month the are notpicking up the phone from the de3livery add., and giving the false hope that they will pick up the phone in 24 hours but it’s 27 days and still no pick up. So I decided to complain here. My complain no is 150529026264, and it was made on 29th of may 2015. I request you to help me out from this problem.. All the details they asked for the refund policy are provided my me.
