Lenovo All in One Desktop – Defective product no response for service

I hve bought a Lenovo All in One Desktop in onth of spetember 2013 invoice enclosed. And it failed in 2 weeks time and compliant was registered by 5th Oct 2013, service guy came after 2 working days and told that mother board has failed. And need to be replaced. On 12th Nov the part bought by him didnt suit my system against he told he would replace which is yet to be done. (service report attached)

I want my system to be replaced with a new one and monetary compensation for the stress undergone for these 2.5 onths and for Lenovo lethargic reply. I have also attached various communication done with lenovo where they bring in new guidelines for product warranty which was not issued while purchasing the product.
