I complained against the laptop issue on 27th September. and after not getting any service , called several times to service helpdesk. After not receiving any positive feedback, I complained in their online portal. and post that they sent me a new hard drive and the service center engineers came and asked to take the laptop with them for all the formatting and replacing the Hard drive. even after several days they could not do anything again I have to complaint and I have to file a complaint against them. case 2: I have purchased a warranty extension from the do store of Lenovo and then tried doing the registration and it says it has been used or not valid. Being frustrated with all these thing I want to file a complaint against LENOVO.
I want a complete new laptop with extended 2 year warranty and a apology letter which should be official.
