I bought my new lenovo A6010 in 16th july 2016. At first time my phone have also battery complant. then 2 months later i’m going to the lenovo service center in kottayam, kerala [in india]and they checked my phone and change the o.s of my phone. Then they said that the phone was also ok.when they are give my phone to me the charge of my phone was 46%.then i put my sim into the phone and power on it that.at that time my phone was at 36% charge. i am also showed this problem to the service man of lenovo. Then they said to me there was an another issue we will check it out another day. and i leave it that.i founded that my phone got the battery compalint. my phone getting out some sounds of charge and suddenly changing charge percent at the same time.and heat out the phone in many times then suddenly show a message about ”your battery heat over 60 your system will be shut down” These message show in several and many times.then my phone will shut down. then i’m try to turn on,its very difficult to do it.this the main problem.And when i am switch off and retake my battery and put it my battery the phone will not turn on.
Then i will connect my phones charger and turn on it ,it was very bad and difficult.poor. At these type of matter i was also connect my charger then my phone start the screen with bling bling display not turn on. One day my phone was shut down by these type of matter then the phone was won’t turn on it. it was the bad experience.and iam going to the lenovo service center kottayam for my phone in 29th november 2016.and they also checked my phone and i told them its also battery complaint.and they told me ”not something like that its like software compliant”.then they checked my phone and the phone was don’t turn on. at the end they said that it was also only in battery compliant.and they said that ”the parts of battery will be arrived with in seven days. not more than seven in seven.
