Lenovo – dealer sold faulty phone refused to replace

Jumbo Electronics- Ambience Mall, gave me a faulty phone and when asked for replacement they told to get a DOA certificate when visited service center for same they refused to do so because of time line issue.

I felt to be cheated as the phone i bought from my hard earned money from a reputed electronics chain paying much higher rate (i.e 25600 in spite of 21000 in normal retail and online store).I am not getting the services and support and even product is faulty from 1st day.

want my money back as this phone is faulty from the day i received. Along with any penalty according to law from the culprit.
