I sent the below mail to Lenovo ” Dear Sir / Ma’am, I am writing this mail regarding the Laptop issue that I am facing since after 2 weeks of my purchase ( Wifi connectivity problem ) . I purchased this laptop on 23rd june,2013 but was out of town and couldn’t lodge the complain . So called up your customer care immediately after I was back but they told me to visit the service center and no complain was registerd. But When I couldn’t go , so called again on 27th July to send the engineer and your engineer visited on 11th Aug,2013 after I called again for the delay in visit. He did Windows recovery and updated the drivers and problem got solved . But after 1 week Wifi connectivity didn’t work , Blutooth did’nt work many times and also all 3 USB port stopped responding . Still now these devices stop to work in between and this helps very oftenly. So today engineer visited and told me that WIFI, Bluetooth and Mother Board would be replaced . But since its a new lappy , I don’t want anything to be changed . I want my money back and in the worst case my laptop replaced . I hope you will do the same ASAP causing no further harassment to me . Because of these issues I am fed up. I hope you keep upto your reputation as an MNC and work quickly to solve my issue . Attached is my BILL and complaint summary made by your Engineer. My Laptop is Z-580. Model no. QB06678405. ” But they replied that since i complaint after 1 month and 4 days, so it cannot be replaced. Since then i tried to call their customer care . It never connects. So i am fed up with them. I want the whole money paid back and a legal case shall be registered against Lenovo for harassment because they feel that system in india cannot do anything . So they need an answer.

I want money paid back, and also strict action shall be taken against Lenovo because they feel that in India they can do anything and everything.
