The Lenovo S-850 Smart phone purchased on 3rd August’2014 from Mobile King, Penta Menaka, Shanmugham road, Ernakulam, Cochin, Kerala have developed the following complaint with in a week of its purchase. When the phone is in use the upper window slides automatically down disturbing the view. More over when the camera clicked for a photo, the photo automatically get mailed to some mail id which was last selected without being selected. The Service center in Cochin, M/s HCL Infosystem Ltd ( contact no.9995807456 & 9633889560) are unable to resolve the issue even after 15 days! It is quite pathetic that your mobile phone company is unable to provide proper and timely service to its customers. I humbly request your good office to interfere in this matter and try to rectify the mistake immediately. Or else replace my phone with a good equipment which is in working condition.
