My lenovo laptop model number B460 has some led issues and for this i take it to the service center of lenovo that is netcom computers where they said that you have to replace the led because it was damage.so i agree and replaced it there and pay 4200 for this replacement and they said that this replaced led has 6 month warranty but they does not mention it on bill about this warranty and when i said that you have not mention about warranty then they said don’t worry if you have problem you can come.earlier my laptop has a little dent on the corner and the previous led suffers from problem due to this dent and during the replacement of this led i said that repair this dent otherwise again problem will persist but they said that don’t worry this dent will not cause any problems to the new led.i said then ok.but after 100 days the new led starts suffering from problems and due to which the screen becomes white,blue,black totally.then i get my laptop to netcom computers and mentioned the problem.but now they totally changed.they are saying that the warantty is only 90 days that is 3 months and you have to replace this led also by paying again 4200rs.i was totally shocked.when i said about the dent then they said that problem doesn’t persist due to this dent.

Due to their inappropriate service my laptop again suffers from led problems and its screen becomes white,blue,black etc.i am sure that this problem is due to dent because the screen colour changes in the dent area.if netcom computer service center repair this dent at that time then the problem does not persist.i think that this service centre of lenovo is a very worst sevice centre.

I think that the problem is totally due to there inaapropriate service.So i want the new led replacement without paying 4200rs because iam a engineering student and i can’t able to do my project works on my laptop and i have to go on cyber cafes for doing this.i am not able to pay 4200 rs in just 100 days for the similar problem because we are a middle class family and the money matters a lot.So sir its a humble request from me to give me this relief.Thank you.
