LENOVO K900 MANUFACTURING DEFECTS – Review

As requested by you in your last mail i am attaching a copy of job sheet and mail receipt as recieved on my mail. For your kind information : I am Director of North-Ex Public School,situated at G-27 Sector-3 Rohini Delhi-110085. In our school more than 50 Lenovo Think Centers (Desktop) (bought through Mr. Preet Gupta +91-9811279669) have been installed seeing the quality of lenovo as a BRAND, we are the regular customers of your brand. But as i bought Lenovo K900 32GB steelgrey phone i was utterly unsatisfied with device as well as customer care support and the service centre (Sector-3 Rohini Delhi India). As i mentioned in last mail the device have many MANUFACTURING DEFECTS and as mentioned in the job sheet the problems are: 1. EXCESSIVE HEATING 2. BATTERY BACKUP IS POOR 3. CELL PHONE IS BULGED FROM THE BACK (BATTERY DEFECTED) 4. SIM CARD NOT WORKING 5. AUTOMATIC ON AND OFF 6. LCD SCREEN GOT DEFECTED DUE TO INTERNAL EXCESSIVE HEATING Also i am utterly dissatisfied with the service centre staff as they try to manipulate and fool the customer by unnecessarily making execuses and allegations. I bought(delivered to me) the phone on 03/04/2014 and job sheet has been made out of warranty this is wrong and clearly defies the warranty policy of lenovo as device is having manufacturing defects and that should be REPLACED. I request you to look into this serious issue and REPLACE my phone or REFUND my money as it has serious INTERNAL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
