I Purchased a Lenovo U410 Laptop from SA Computers Chennai on April 6th 2013. I live in a different city. I discovered lots of issues with the laptop. 1)Windows hanging most of the time 2)Over Heating 3)Many Forced Restarts 4)Sluggish Performance Finally it became dead and i wasn’t able to reboot the laptop. All this happened in a span of 5 days. Since i live in different city i had to travel and give the laptop to dealer on 13th of April. I have paid 50k and hardly used the laptop for 5 days and still roaming here and there between dealer point and service point to arrive at a solution. I am completely fed up i need my money back. I dont want neither laptop from Lenovo with such aweful service back up. Now from Lenovo Service Center QBic Solution in Chennai Velacherry they have accepted that the laptop is in DOA condition but they are refusing to give the certificate since its more than 20 days old. We need your intervention to get the certificate.
