Lenovo Laptop – drive stopped working

Dear Sir, I had purchased Lenovo Laptop G505 on 5 May 2014 (CB23519826).Within a week ,its DVD drive stopped working and other issues. I had to register an online complain on Lenovo call center on 13.05.2014. Serial No-CB23519826 Complain order no-7006074253 Complain No-8003139996 I was visited by an engineer who provided me the receipt of request for DOA but on taking up the matter with the Lenovo call center , i have been told that it cannot be replaced because company policy says that request should be placed within a week of purchase.wheras the policy stated by company website is 30 days. Please find attached the invoice of laptop and arrange for redressal of the problem asap.

I want a copy of DOA and its replacement immediately.
