Lenovo Laptop – No service center or support

Hello Team, I would like to register complaint against Lenovo. I had purchased Lenovo laptop G5070(serial no- YB2472515) on 20-06-2014. Within 1 month of time it was gone dead. I had visited to Janakpuri Lenovo service centre on 26-07-2014. I was told that the issue is with LCD or motherboard. Lenovo service request no – 7021459261 (Receipt is attached) First thing I chased Lenovo regularly regarding the progress and they never called me to provide update on this. I was informed that order for LCD has been given and dispatched. After few days when I didn’t receive any response from Lenovo, I again chased up them by writing mail/call. They assured me that it will be sorted ASAP but there is no progress I feel. I called them Today (30-08-2014) also as I did not receive further confirmation and today also the condition is same. Still there is no visibility if the part has been delivered or not. Every time when I called them they keep me busy on phone for 20-30 minutes which is wasting of my valuable time. Its being more than one month now and still I have not received my laptop well and good condition. I am afraid if they have lost my laptop. There are lots of project and valuable work in my laptop and I am in very much loss now. It would be much appreciated if you can please file a complaint against Lenovo for poor service and keeping me in pain. I feel very disappointed with this and my life is became worst. I am most annoyed that I wasted a lots of time on this. I look forward to hearing from you. I am attaching receipt given by service centre also I can send conversation from Lenovo Team if required. I would like my laptop back ASAP also I want 50,000 Rs as compensation money from Lenovo because they have not given my laptop on committed date.
