I had purchased a Lenovo Laptop on 25 february 2015. Order number :OD202173927611280100 After 25 days of use the laptop was getting over heated and touch pad getting hanged .I had raised return on 24 march. Flipkart team suggested a few solution but that does not worked .Now when there is solution from Flipkart and also from Lenevo they decllined my return by saying its more 30 days which is not true .The delay happened from Flipkart side not from my side . I return kindly look this matter as Flipkart customer case declining a return.

I have been suffering with defective product and harassment from flipkart customer care.My all work got delayed i was forced to buy a new laptop to do my work.
