Lenovo laptop S-400 – two year extended warranty did not provided

I have purchased a Lenovo laptop S-400 Idea pad from dealer named Raj Digi World, Alambagh, Lucknow. Before sale it was told by the dealer that, Lenovo will provide base warranty and two year extended warranty. Initially, he did not provided extended warranty in written on the bill and told me that he will provide the same after a week, when the sale will be updated in the records of Lenovo. After that I visited two times in his shop then he provided me a one year extended warranty on bill, but I opposed, and told him that we were agreed on two year extended warranty, he said I have to ask to the company (Lenovo), and after a week he provided me another bill with 2 year extended warranty, and told me to register the same on the call centre of Lenovo after 4-5 days. After 6 days I tried to register the same with call center but the executive was not aware of the same, and told me to call on another toll free number, I called up to that number and executive told me that offer is expired on 10th of November 2013 and you can’t get the benefit for the same. I again called the dealer and he said he will register the same on my behalf with the help of company (Lenovo). But nothing happened till date. I am following dealer from last more than two months, and got nothing. Lastly, he had provided me a fake email ID of lenovo personal when I asked him to contact the Lenovo person whom he was talking from more than 2 months. After that from last 3 months I am contacting lenovo on call centre number and on provided mail ID’s, and getting several automated replies stating that some will contact me in 3 working days, but nothing happened till date. I am also attaching the supporting documents for the same.

kindly help me to get proper solution to get my 2 year extended warranty.
