Dear Concern team This is to bring your notice about a purchase of Lenovo mobile which has given me a pathetic experience about the service of Lenovo mobile company.I bought the handset on 11/08/2015 from = N. EASTERN TRADE AGENCY, GUWAHATI, tin-gst- 18550029088, cst regn no- GAU(D)/C-1588, Vide invoice no 1854. The model which I bought is – A600, IMEI NO IS- 867371029310510 and the cost is rs. 7999.00. But after purchasing of the handset I put it to the service centre NET SOL, GS road, Bhangagarh and they kept it for 15 days and told me that they have changed the screen and other internal service also. They did not give me any written what they did. But after getting the handset from the service centre again it gave me problem ( phone was fully dead) and again I put it to the same service centre and this time they kept it for another 14 days. Two days back I got it from the service centre and promised that this time it would be perfectly work.But still it’s giving me the same pathetic service. The phone is still not working. Moreover the service centre where I gave my mobile is one of the 3rd class category service centre of Lenovo. They do not know how to behave with the customers and their service towards the customers is very poor. They do not know about the global competition of market and I think they with their bad behavior and service are down grading the Lenovo more.Hence I am not going to tolerate these types of service anymore. I request you to replace my phone within very short period of time( within 1/2 days). The Lenovo is exploiting and cheating the North Eastern people with it’s poor service and 3rd class products.
