On my mobile there is 2 black spot on screen but company is not responsible for changing the screen whether there is no damage.

I have purchases mobile of LENEVO A390 after one month there is 2 black spot has been occur with out any damage when i go to customer care company is demanding for Rs 2500/- and not ready to change the screen. where these damage is not due to any type of damage thetas are only due to company manufacturing mistake

I want to change my screen as per the warranty condition
