I purchased the mobile “Lenovo S-660 IN Titanium” on 21st August 2014, I submitted to Service Center for Calling sensor problem on 5/Sep/2014 for 7 days, they returned without solution, again submitted on 15/Sep/2014 returned in 13 days again without solution, submitted 3rd time on 27/sep/2014 and waiting, I am unable to get the status as I cannot contact customer service support on 18601803425. They are not resolving problem and not even replying mails, there lines are always busy.
have visited 5 times their service center and had to take leave from my office 5 times. Which all is useless till date, I have spend around 5000/- on these efforts. I purchased this phone for 11599/- and never used it since then. If they cannot give good service I want refund with the loss compensated.
