I had purchased lenovo phone from flipkart. My phone is getting hanged up many times. I visited twice at Surat – Gujarat India lenovo care center, both time they denied to provide service with reason ” server is down” second time I visited 14:30 hrs replied ” You are late” as timings are 17:00 hrs. Today I called, they replied “server is down” Please help me to provide service for my phone. Thanks with regards.
