Lenovo Mobile Customer Care Not Responding

I have approached here new services center situated at Katargam surat Gujarat. For my mobile charging cable model number Lenovo P780 & was inform the services people that the cable is not in stock & if i want to purchase the cable, i need to bring my original mobile with original invoice without which they will not entertain my complain. Please note that i m situated nearly 30 Km away from your services station and your service agency people are even ready to book my order with the original bill & original mobile. Please note that this attitude of your services station is purely radish disgusting and if the level of services is maintaining such a manner then very soon your company will loss out on manager sales in the market. I would like to order this cable directly from the company & i m ready to pay whatever the charges that are required to be paid look forward to your earliest response in the matter. Thanking You.
