Lenovo Mobile Customer Service / Repairs – Endless Loop

Dear sir,

As per your instruction by the lenovo sales executive, i visited the service center on 1st August 2016 they received my mobile by giving a manual receiving and said there is display problem and we will replace the touch pad, and yesterday on 4th August 2016, when called to check the update.

When i called at the customer care they said your job order is not issued and then i called at service center the boy on the call said it will take time, and your job order is raised. FOIN0231771608040015. Today when i again called at Customer care they said your job order was raised on 04 August 2016. But till now there is no response from company.
Vaery pathetic service from lenovo and poor products.

This is the experience i am getting from service center sir, The Delight Mobizone, Haldwani, Mr. Jakaria
Please solve the issue.
