Lenovo A6000 not working , it hanged in every 10 min.. i buy this last year it started giving me problem after 3-4 months. but when i upgrade from kitkat to lollipop it is continuously giving me problem. I am very frustrated by using this product. Can you help me to reinstall my previous kitkat version.so that at least i can use some day this device till i am not able to buy new mobile.

I am facing very much problem in A6000 lenovo handset .Intially it was working very good but after updating software as per company recommendation we start facing hanging issues . Even now condition is that I want to through in the dustbin . On behalf of me 6-7 friends of mine bought this mobile but now everybody facing the same complaints . We all bought this mobile online when we were visiting lenovo service center they were demanding for bills which we not have . Need solution on priority basis before we take some hard steps against the company . Thanks Vivek Kansal
