I purchased a Mobile P -780 model of Lenovo on 11-June-14. The mobile has been submitted for service at your service center :\” Growmore Computer Service Center Vashi-Mumbai-400703 twice. The Service No. are SRIN1331407150002 dated 15/07/14. And recently SRIN 1331411250009 dated 25/11/14. Nearly three weeks have passed and still the set has not been repaired. Last time it took nearly 10 days. The Authorized service center no. 022-65613xxx/4/5 are most of the time not responded. I have decided for returning the set and getting full reimbursement for the set.I have to commute 15 Km to go to the service center. This i conveyed repeatedly to Sri Hiral , 0942163xxxx, It was conveyed to Lenovo on thier customer care id midhcare@lenovo.com. of the repeat non-performance and non-working of the mobile. They did reply on 11/12/14 acknowledging my message of addressing the issue earnestly. Three week has passed with no commitment of reviving the set. The reputation of the model as I got from the authorized service center is that there is inherent problem with the model and company is fully aware of the problem. The signal is not captured by the set , even though same SIM shows signal with other set. Secondly, the incoming voice level also becomes inaudible. The same problem I faced with the set in July -14 and the Set was deposited at the same authorized service center in 15-July-14 against Service No. SRIN1331407150002 . At that time the sets mother board/card was replaced. The original bill was taken and only after service slip was returned. This slip has been again taken for the fresh complaint on 25/11/14 with No. SRIN 1331411250009 dated 25/11/14.
