I bought a new lenovo S820 mobile smartphone 8gb on 5th may 2014 seeing the specifications and it was budget friendly. But not only was the phone very sluggish and there was no future software support after almost a month there was a black line across the screen and as it was under warranty cover i submitted it to the local authorised repair center but its almost a month (submitted on 11th june 2014)and still not got it back. Emailed the company support center and they emailed back that the phone is repaired and available at the repair center but the people at service center say that they have not got the replacement part yet. Its so frustating that first you spend your money on a product you thought would be good considering that Lenovo is a world famous brand and you don’t get a good product or customer support. Now i would like get the money refunded than to get back than that worst phone i ever used.
