Hi, I have given my mobile with a serial# 862863026250793 which is A706 model for warranty support to IVEL Technologies(Authorized service center for Lenovo) on 2nd Sep 2014. I have been informed that it needs motherboard replacement on the next day. On 22nd Sep 2014 when I called on the toll free no., they informed that it still takes another 2 days to dispatch the spares to the service center and there is a company process for this. I called again on 23rd Sep 2014 to the toll free no., they informed that the spares are not available. So, I requested for new handset as replacement for which they haven’t gave any response. Again today which is 24th Sep 2014 to the toll free no., they informed that they would get back to me as soon as possible.
I want it to be replaced with the new smart phone with a VIBE Z2 Pro as compensation for the loss of job opportunity, time and going through the stress for following up for the resolution
