Lenovo – Non working laptop no proper service

I have bought a lenovo g500s laptop on 6th dec 2013 after 20days of buying the problem there is problem with the laptop,it wont work properly with slow process and hanging of the system.On january they changed the harddisk and keyboard after that they changed all the settings in my system and said that you have to install software by your own.Then also there is always problem with the problem every month i call to the costumer care but i wont get a compete solution of my system.In the coming months they have changed many parts but codnt give a complete solution.Last month one service engineer came to chane audio port and has done physical damage to my system but later on not accepting his fault and not giving a solution to me.

need action against that service enginer and want a new laptop of the same model and compensation for the harrasment done for the last 9months.
