Lenovo PC Customer Service Not Satisfactory

I had a problem in my CPU unit of Lenovo. First time when I gave it to them for checking and repairing, they said that there is a problem in SMPS and they have replaced it and its working now. Again after 3 days the same problem occurred and again I went to them for it. That time the owner of the Lenovo showroom arrogantly said that this is my fault and power supply at my place is not adequate that too before he even checked it. He not only made false statements but also neglected there fault at the first time. Later when I received it my NVDIA Graphics card which was installed in the CPU unit and was working fine before was given to me in my hand saying its not working and no prior call came saying about any problem in it. The owner Mr. Neeraj Johar again arrogantly stated that “it is not there fault and they don’t have any duty to tell us about the problem in Graphics card and they don’t care if the customer face problems like this.” Is this the way a Lenovo Exclusinve Showroom works? My graphics card was working fine before I gave the CPU unit to Innovations, Lenovo Exclusive Showroom. They have defected it and I want a claim for the same immediately.

My NVDIA Graphic Card is not working which has resulted in loss of my work for last 1 week. Also the machine is not working properly which has not only hindered my daily working but also created a huge loss in my business monetarily.
