Lenovo – Poor product and service

I purchased Lenovo product (laptop- Z580 59-333630) with 3 years warranty on 17th august, 2012. The product number is 1S59333630QB05289297. Since july 2013, I am facing different hardware problems i. e. 1) Display problem complained on 28th july, 2013 but response to this complain, service center took my laptop on 8th august, 2013 and returned after 20 days. During this service they changed internal body. 2) After servicing, keyboard problem occurred and I complained second time. In response to this complained they changed internal mother board and returned after 1 month. 3) After 2 month (on 4th October, 2013), I encountered display problem again, service engineer came after 2 weeks and checked my laptop and said there is problem of RAM device. Till today they didn’t give any type of response. In short, From last 4 months I am facing different hardware problems as mentioned above and they didn’t give proper service to my complaints, every time they say new things, but still my problems are not resolved.

i purchased this product in Rs. 40,900 (in words- fourty thousand nine hundred). i dont want this product and i want my money back or new laptop. Since i am suffering problems in my job, i want to claim this company for mental herracement from last four month according to government norms.
