Lenovo – poor service from customer care

I did get a call from national helpline but nothing happened I hope you can do something. I had problem with laptop called customer care they directed me to Geekay systems in santacruz and went on 1st sept. they took my laptop and no one pickup calls. Called customer care they told not to contact them since the laptop is not with Lenovo. Complaints to mdlenovo but only assurance of giving on 15 th, sept and then 17th sept but no progress.

I know someday they will give back the laptop and say the case is resolved. But want a apology from lenovo stating there in ability to service the product for 20 days. And also mentioning
