The Mobile was bought from LuLu Mall at Riyadh, KSA, just one year back in which it was assured warranty for 24 Months. Now,the “Touch” of Lenovo Mobile phone is not working for last three months. Contacted the “Fortune Service Centre” at Calicut three months back and the Centre official told to surrender the mobile for at least 10 days for repair; which was impossible for me due to my hectic activities, as I had to occupy Registrar posts at the Central University of Kerala and Kannur University. The official then told me that they will order for the touch and to contact the Center intermittently, so that I can go over there to repair it on the spot. But even after waiting for one month, I again went there and then they told to order for the Touch with an advance of Rs.1000/=, which was remitted then and there, ie., on 22.07,2016. Even after waiting for One and a h alf months, and making calls at least two or three time daily, no result is obtained yet. Then I went to the Center personally, contacted the Manager, on 27.08.’16, inspite of their assurance of a positive action within two days, nothing happened yet.
