we had purchased Lenovo all in one pc from Lenovo authorized dealer M/s. Crystal Computer, Kotri Road, Near Rai Beauty, Gumanpura Kota-324007 Rajasthan tel no-0744-2392659, 2390257, 2390915 from the date of purchase we are facing several problems in pc. we have send several mail to Lenovo as well as crystal computer for repairing purpose. Their engineer had visited our office several times also and try to repair. they had try more than 6 times to repair but unable to repair. we are continuously sending reminder to them but they are now not replying us.

We have wait for more than 8 months now we want replacement with new pc or refund our money
