Lenovo SmartPhone Mobile Warranty Not Honored

Sir, I have been regretting my decision to purchase Lenovo k4 note -imei no 8678020 24793631 and things just got more complicated to my utter disbelief I bought this mobile from amazon on 28/01/2016 and within three months it failed to start up and was not charging also and with great difficulty [Incident:60425-001505] I managed to find a Lenovo authorised service centre -AP-TECHNOLOGIES Ceebros complex, Montieth road-Egmore, Chennai. Work order no YXE/LO/16/00327 Dated 05/05/2016. Ap technologies have charged me 1500rs for a defective product saying it has broken charging point, In this regard I would like Lenovo to shed some light on it 1.I have been using mobiles for close to 15 years and have used from Nokia, Samsung, Sony and HTC etc, I very well know how to handle a mobile and this is the first time I have come across this sort of complaint. This product has a manufacturing defect and the service centre is charging Rs1500 for it. It just shows how far Lenovo is going to hide their manufacturing defect and claiming it as customer abuse 2. Why do you advertise warranty for one year when you cannot even oblige for 3 months, any manufacturing defect or any service related issue is supposed to be corrected by the manufacturer free of cost apart from the normal wear and tear here I would have hardly used that mobile for a couple of time and it developed snags which lenova is not willing to correct it. 3. The customer centre is so uncooperative filled with only hooligans and speak all sorts of filthy language is this the culture Lenovo wants to promote and to be known for. 4. when i took up this issue with lenovo customer support they are saying they dont handle service section is this the answer one would expect from a professional organisation I really feel I have been taken for a ride and cheated by Lenovo which failed to keep up its promise
