I bought a lenovo smartphone, Vibe c-A2020A40, just a few months ago from a nearby store in our city. It was a rather new model, so I didn’t see many user reviews on the web. But seeing all the specs, I thought it was a good choice. But just after 2-3 days, I noticed that my camera isn’t working properly, the picture was hazy, and whenever I used flash it was a disaster. My exams were in june so I didn’t do anything, but when I came back I submitted my phone to the lenovo service center in my city. They told me it’d take 10-14 days to repair and return my phone. But it’s been about a month and they’re saying that they sent it to the main service center I don’t know where, and they have no idea when I would get my phone back. They told me to contact or email the company and to tell them everything. I did. But they only said somebody would soon g et in touch with me. Nobody has contacted me yet. I don’t know what to do, I am tired of mailing and calling them. I hope this complaint does something good for me.
