On march 7,2014 i had buyed a lenovo tablet A 3000 model by paying an amount of rs 14700 from the above mentioned party. But on 5 th april,2014 just within one month i find my tablet dead or non functioning.so i called that party and tell his regarding this issue and when i went his shop with my tab his owner avoided me and ignored me and this matter and repsonded me or talked me in bad way too and said we are not responsible for this and said they cant do anything for it. So i need to be replaced with a new tab orelse my full amount should be refunded to me.as after spending an amount of rs 14,700 i dont think an option of repairing it or depositing it in service centre for 12-15 days

I simply want that tablet to be replaced with a new lenovo tablet as i dont want to eplace it nor i want to deposite it in service centre.
