I had purchased a lenovo all in one desktop, it is under warranty. After few months the there was some problem with display, it went off completely. At that time the company replaced the display and again after few more months the same problem has started. The machine is still under warranty. Since last 15 days i have lodged a complaint at call center of the company, they have already given me service order no. But 15 days passed no one has arrived to repair till date.
I want the system to be replaced, as this is the faulty product. Even after one repair it happened again, further who will look after if it happens again after warranty gets over.
