Dear sir, I have submited by handset for problem complaint no. 218555619 for resolving at your authorisied service center Innovation Computers,Nagpur (M.S.) on dt. 25.11.2015 vide receippt no. 1051 then again dt. 16.12.2015 vide receipt no 1165 and again on dt. 23.12.2015 but my problem is not solved and above service center authority not able to solve the problem and just time consuming for waiting lapps of warranty period i.e. dt. 23.01.2016 . and told that pick up the handset in dead condition back home and send it to LENOVO company. It is very regretted to say that I have never seen the verst company like Lenovo and u r service centers. If your company is ashemed on this type of things pls contact me on my cell no. 9970070765 or reply on my mail. Or stop manifacturing product like this and closed u r company for ever. Thanking u in expecting reponse if not I will assumed that I have donated cost of my mobile Rs 30,000/- to your company
