Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8 Manufacturing Defect – No Customer Care

I have purchased the Lenovo Yoga Tablet 8, Model no. B. 6000 HV Imei: 862633021090837 dated 22nd December 2013 from ARCEE ELECTRONICS, 9/10/13, Mahavir Rachana CHS., Seector – 15, Plot No. 54, CBD – BELAPUR, Navi Mumbai; for a consideration of Rs. 22700/- (Rs, Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred) paid in cash vide your Cash memo/Receipt/InvoiceNo.13622. Since i have purchased it, i am facing following problem I. Software Problem II. Hardware Problem Since purchase of the product. III. Screen get blank after start, IV. System gets hangs up on start and do not respond to any command or restart. IV. After many efforts and repeated complaints the tablet was given to Lenovo Service Center at Mumbai Chembur on 28th February 2014, to fix the problems but the problems remains. This is the second time we have handed over the tablet to ARCEE Store at CBD Belapur, and after too many follow up it was told to us that it was sent to Bangalore for repairing and recently on 17th March 2014 after when it was enquired by me it was informed that it was given to Mumbai Chembur service station and not Bangaore office and also informed by Store Manager that there is an Hardware problem and software is not matching with the hardware. Because of inconvenience caused by your product and poor customer services by Lenovo I am in an uncertainty to lose my job as I have to be connected via Skype to my Senior Management at United Kingdom to discuss strategies and reports. I am fed up with this and due to this my job is suffering.
