LenovoTab A3000 – manufacturing defect

bought this lenovo tab from croma. After 2 weeks when I inserted the sim i noticed that while calling the display goes off and there is no chance to cut the call if I have dialed a wrong number or dialled by wrong touch. I reported this issue to email support of lenovo and told them about this manufacturing defect. I asked them to replace the tab or provide me pick-up-drop service or onsite repair service but they are asking me to go personally to their service centre in grantroad which is not near to my house in wadala. Why should I have this headache of going to grantroad in working days (I am working onsite at Ghansoli location nowadays) when it is a manufacturing defect? Why should I waste my time and money?

I just want Lenovo to provide me either pick-up and drop of the tab. or onsite repair of tab. or tab replacement. attached is the invoice copy where the product serial number is also mentioned.
