Hi Sir, I got transferred from Hyderabad to Bangalore and subsequently I hired Leo Home Relocations Packers and Movers. They had said that the luggage will deliver in the next day. So I got it packed on 21st Dec by afternoon and they said on 22nd evening I will get the luggage in Bangalore. I paid all in advance.They said that their company vehicle goes everyday to Bangalore. All my luggage,household items baring some clothes, was to be moved by packers. That was on 22nd Dec and today is 1st Jan 2014, everyday I will be calling to know if its coming today. They will not pick call easily, I had to call multiple times and then once sometime they will pick and will say – sir whatever happens tomorrow you will get luggage. You can understand how I am staying just with some clothes to a new rented flat. Problem of eating, washing and everything. I had to buy at least a mattress and comforter to stay alive in this winter.

Apart from financial loss, its the mental torture that these guys have put me in. Everyday call them what the status, and they does not pick call easily. If they want sometime they will pick the call and tell same story that tomorrow you will get luggage. I am working in an IT company as Manager, and this tension impacting my job also. I would want compensation for financial loss 10K, 25K for mentally torturing me and want their license revoked if authorities find they are not fit to provide a good service.
