I booked my household goods to move from Noida to Kolkata through Leo International Packers and movers, Gurgaon. As per their commitment, insurance for amount 2 lakh rupees was also included in the agreed charge and the total charge was to be paid after delivery. On 10 April-2014, they packed my goods. The packing was very poor and not as promised. Once they completed loading, Ishwar Choudhury started harassing by not giving me the insurance paper and only verbally told of taking guarantee of the goods. Again he forced my to pay the money immediately else my goods would not be moved. Then I payed around 50% of the total charge. When the time for delivery came, they started playing with me by shifting the date of delivery and because of which I had to cancel my travel and got huge loss of money due to this. Finally I got call from them regarding the reaching of my goods in Kolkata on 20th April, after 11 days. By that time, due to some urgency I had to go out of Kolkata and as per discussion, they were supposed to keep my goods till I reach Kolkata after 4 days. When I reached Kolkata, on 25 April and called them for delivery, they again started making fool by giving wrong commitments. After 2 days I call from some Choudhury from some transport company about delivery of goods and told me to make the rest of the payment first before the delivery. When I requested him to make the delivery and promised him to pay immediately after delivery, he told me that 2 items from my list of goods are missing.Again I had to call the Gurgaon office and their Kolkata party many times on this and they kept on harassing me by many times not responding to my call or making false commitments. Finally I was told that they got the missing items and they brought my goods for delivery on 27th April. When I checked my goods, I did not find 2 items and few of my items including Inverter were missing from one of the packets. Along with this, many of the items are badly damaged. When I refused to make the payment, they threatened me and I had to give them the rest of the money. They promised to return me the missing items within a day or 2 and have given me written commitment. Now its more than 5 days they are harassing me and not returning my goods. Please help me on this.

I want my missed items and compensation for the damage and harassment.
