I have booked the house hold item from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar through the agent ( Leo Star Packers Movers PVT. LTD.)He has taken the full amount 23000/- thats include transport charges ,service tax,storage charges,Insurance & Octrai.This company is not resister with ROC and does not have service tax no and doesnot have company PAN no.

The Leo Star packers movers pvt.Ltd. company has billed me for service tax ,insurance & octrai. He has not paid service tax to the govt as he does not have service tax no and he has not paid octrai (Because as it is used and old item ,octrai is not applicable for this as per the octrai vide authority Act. no 2,Section 1580 of India Toll act.1901.) He has not paid Insurance as he is ot able to produce the insurance copy at the time of delivery.He was comitted me for Door- Door service and given me written document also.
