The Government of Karnataka doesn’t want to take any ownership of the services it offers. I’m talking of Kaveri Online Revenue Department service where citizens can get certified copies of sale deeds, encumbrance certificate of property etc.

When you proceed to online payment interface, this is the message their website displays,
I understand that my transaction does not qualify for any Charge back claims.
I accept that any chargeback is not automatic & for any chargeback claim the concerned government department shall be approached.

How can a Government Department be so lethargic and irresponsible when the transaction has failed, it is their moral duty to refund or rectify and see that the citizen is not put to loss.

This is nothing new to state government when the Central Government headed by Narendra Modi is just Vocal about Digital India without putting any checks and balances and producing error free web services as this only goes to show how incompetent the government is.
