My name is Rachit. I bought many furniture a month ago and i was asked to make full payment. after 15 days i received the goods in which one wardrobe mirror was broken. I immediately lodged the complain in Home Center and they said they will replace the mirror. Its been 2 weeks now after complaining so many times on phone and visiting their store also they are still saying its in process. Now today they are saying they scheduled the carpenter 2 times you were not at home. I dont understand their working. Even their executives also dont have manners to talk politely specially named KARUNA in Home Center Department in Oberoi Mall, Mumbai. Thay are fake and i will strictly not suggest anyone to buy anything from them, you will repent later.
