The Firm replaced my Existing HD of Tap Top with WD 500GB HARD DISC SER NO WXC1AA0X6579 FOR WORTH Rs 4000/- with 1 yr warranty bill No 126 dt 27 Sep 2013. However, HD again become faulty in Jan 2014. I approached the firm th phone they suggested to call WD Service Center for replacement and when approached WD Service center they informed me the its warranty already expires Oct 2013 and they could not able to extent the warranty. I again approached the OM computer and they neither replace the HD or give satisfactory reply. I believe they put some used HD in my Lap Top and claimed the amount of new one.

Replacement of Hard Disc…free of cost with One yr warranty..
