i booked one b’day on 8th Jan. 2014 & specially mention date for delivery 09th jan 2014. & i got the confirmation email also for booking. 9th of jan after 4:30 till 11:00 P.M. several times i called them(ISD calles)& every times they said dont worry we will delivered this item today itself but 11:30 when last i called them that time they confirmed “because where have to delivered this order that is not our delivery area so we can’t be deliver this item”. just because of them our all party was spoil.

now i want my all refund with comparison (with my calles charges also)
